Ron here – so as Joy mentioned, the train Kendra and I were supposed to board last night- the Amtrak Empire Builder – derailed in Joplin, Montana yesterday afternoon. It has been reported that 3 people were killed and at least 50 injured. A real tragedy…….
So our plans now are to take a 3 hour bus ride to the Seattle Airport, then take a Delta direct flight home to Cincinnati. I think we arrive tomorrow morning around 6:30 am.
